Based on the data on the weight and volume of the shipment, we decide on the type of container (20' or 40'hc).
If the customer agrees with the fare, we carry on with the transport. The shipping agent at the port will contact the seller (shipper) according to our instructions and agree with him on the further course for the transport. It is much easier for the local agent there to make arrangements regarding the details of the process (container filling, date of embarkation, method of embarkation, export customs clearance for the customer. . . ).
After completing the process and boarding the ship (on-board), we confirm to the customer that the order is on its way and can proceed with payment. We get the information directly from the shipowner, so the risk is much lower.
